This is an application for modification of condition No.(ii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 4.8.2014. The said condition reads as under:- (ii) The applicant shall report to the Office of the EOW Unit I on every first and third Monday of each calendar month, till the disposal of the case against the applicant. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of his release from Jail the applicant is Page-1/2

19-appp-309-18 sincerely complying with the said condition. He further submitted that the Trial of the said case is not yet began and therefore, prayed that the said condition be relaxed. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid condition is modified and the applicant is directed hereinafter to attend the office of the EOW, Unit I of every first Monday of the third month i.e. the applicant shall attend the said office four times in a year on every first Monday of the third month. 4.
