He states that in all the above Interim Applications, the prayer is to expedite the hearing of the Writ Petitions. It is his submission that the hearing of the Writ Petitions be expedited.

The Writ Petition is of the year 2003. By order dated 16th September 2003 passed by a Single Judge, the Petition is admitted and the interim relief was granted. By the said order, the hearing of the Writ Petition was expedited. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition be listed in the final hearing board in the week commencing from 25th September 2023. 5.

Accordingly all the above Interim Applications are disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
