There is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order dated 19/03/2015. However, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, is directed to dispose of the Application at Ex.5 within a period of six weeks from today.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter and all contentions of all parties are kept open to URS

With the aforesaid observation, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
