Without commenting upon the reasons mentioned in the impugned order dated 1st February,2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Wadgaon Maval in R.C.C. No. 366 of 2015, ends of justice would be met in case the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to decide R.C.C. No. 366 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four months from today.

Therefore, keeping in view the averments made in the petition and when the complainant and accused are the senior citizens, the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Wadgaon Maval is directed to decide the aforesaid proceedings as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four months from today. 4.
