Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioners made a limited prayer that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 3 - the Collector, Nashik to decide the Petitioner's representations dated 7th July, 2015, 3rd March, 2016 and 3rd March, 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, this Petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No. 3 - the Collector, Nashik to look into the said representations and after considering the same take appropriate Vishal Parekar 1/2
