P.C.:- Investigating Officer (Senior Inspector of Police) of Nagpada Police Station has filed on record a report dated 15th March, 2017. The report is taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. The report records that though charge sheet has been filed after completion of investigation on 21st January, 2017, as no material was found against the Petitioner as regard his participation in the offence, the name of the Petitioner has been deleted as accused while filing the charge sheet. We accept the statement made in the report. In view of the said statement, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
