This Civil Revision Application is directed against the order dated 21st December, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vashi, Navi Mumbai thereby rejecting the application below Exhibit 13 in Regular Civil Suit No. 292 of 2015. The applicants are the original defendants. The suit was filed by the original plaintiff/ respondent no.1 for compensation and damages of Rs. 5,00,000/-.

On perusal of the order and the relief claimed, it is found that the order of the trial Court cannot be faulted with. No interference is required in the order dated 21st December, 2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Both the parties to take note that the issue can be sorted out amicably, as both the parties are the neighbours and they are required to live life peacefully. The trial Court may endeavor to mediate the matter either by itself or by sending the matter to the expert Mediator.
