Civil Application No.1707/2011 is for restoration of the first appeal against Respondent Nos.1 and 4. By an order dated 11 January 2011, a last chance was given to the Applicant to take steps to serve Respondent Nos.1 and 4, failing which the application was to stand dismissed as against Respondent Nos.1 and 4 without further reference to the court.

Civil application No.1746/2002, on the other hand, seeks condonation of delay in filing the first appeal. Both the civil applications are dismissed for want of prosecution.
