Heard. Petitioner herein challenges the order passed by Tahsildar in respect of objections raised to voters list on 04/03/2015. It is submitted that some of the family members of the petitioner are shown in different wards, though they are residing in the same house. There are other objections to the voters list. It is further submitted that petitioner had also raised objection to the voters list, but they are not decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that election programme of

2) We have perused the record, considered the submissions. Voters list is published on 26/02/2015. On the objections raised, Tahsildar had passed order, taking into consideration the objections raised therein. For whatsoever reasons, petitioner failed to invite the order of the concerned Authority on objections to the voters list.

3) As the election process is set in motion, in exercise of extra ordinary writ jurisdiction, we are not inclined to interfere. 4) Writ petition stands dismissed.
