This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application No. 3717 of 2007, which was dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 11th February 2021. There is a delay of 7 days in filing present application. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 has no serious objection in condoning the delay and restoration of application. 3.

Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay and restoration of Criminal Application No. 3717 of 2007.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
