ORDER

Appeal is dismissed.

The fees of learned Counsel Dr.Abhinav Chandrachud, appointed to appear on behalf of Appellant/Applicant is quantified at Rs.10,000/-. Dr.Chandrachud, states that he does not want to receive the fees and same be paid as a donation on his behalf to the High Court Law Library, Mumbai. 3.
The Legal Aid Committee to pay an amount of Rs.10,000/- to the High Court Law Library, Mumbai. 4.
