The learned counsel appearing for the original Petitioner Shri D M Vyas states that the above Petition was disposed of by a learned Single Judge of this Court by the order dated 15/02/2013. The above Civil Application has been filed on 25/03/2013. It seems that in view of the passage of time, the above Civil Application filed in the year 2013 may have turned infructuous and that explains why none is appearing for the Applicant.
