By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondent that they shall not allow shifting of any other country liquor license in village Boripardhi, Tq. Daund, Dist. Pune from other villages or cities or other Districts unless and until the Government frames any policy decision in accordance with the directions issued in PIL No.70/2013.

When this court declined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh.
