The show cause notice dated 13/03/2018 issued by the Special Executive Magistrate, Vanwadi Division, Pune is taken exception to by way of the above Criminal Application. The said show cause notice has been issued under Section 111 of the Criminal Procedure Code. We have perused the said show cause notice and have also considered the subjective satisfaction which has been reached by the Special Executive Magistrate. We do not deem this a fit case for us to exercise our jurisdiction for quashing of the said show cause notice especially when the Petitioner can appear before the Special Executive Magistrate and urge such contentions as are available in law. For the aforestated reasons, we decline to interdict with the show cause notice. The above Criminal Application is accordingly rejected. Needless to state that the proceedings would be culminated on their own merits and in accordance with law.
