The first application made by the Applicant abovenamed for bail has been rejected on merits by the order dated 19/11/2013. There is no case of change in circumstances. Hence the Criminal Application is rejected. The learned APP pointed out that the Applicant has undergone a sentence for about 9 years. We, therefore, direct the Registry to place the Appeal on weekly board in the week commencing from 04/02/2019 by treating that the Appellant has undergone sentence for 9 years.
