After hearing respective learned counsel this Court has passed various orders and last such order is dated 3/7/2019. Today, learned counsel for the applicant expresses inability and reiterates that unless applicant is released from jail, the terms and conditions of agreement cannot be finalized.

In this situation, we find no substance in the prayer. The Application is rejected. However, if any agreement is finalized and the stage of registration/execution is reached, we grant the applicant leave to approach this Court again. The application is disposed of. (MRS. SWAPNA S.
