The petitioner prays for his transfer from Aurangabad Central Jail to Mumbai jail. It is submitted that petitioner apprehends threat to his life. He was earlier put in a separate cell. Thereafter he was shifted to open section of the jail. Learned APP has produced report signed by the Superintendent, Aurangabad Central jail. The representation reads that the petitioner is lodged in the said prison from 10th January, 2015. He is a life convict facing another criminal case in Mumbai. The report addressed to Public Prosecutor is taken on record. It is submitted by the counsel

2/2 wp1248.16.sxw appearing for the petitioner that the charges in the said case to be tried at Mumbai are framed yesterday. As and when trial starts, the administration would take appropriate steps.

In view of the facts and circumstances, no interference is warranted. Petition is rejected.
