This is an application filed by the Original Respondents, seeking implementation of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 15th December 2017.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the Appellant submits that, he will forthwith substitute the name of "Abhay Shridhar Shetye", in the place of 'Malati Rajaram Parshetye' in the Appeal Memo, in compliance to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and carry out amendment to that effect today itself, during the course of the day. 4.

As regards the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, that High Court to dispose off the Appeal at the earliest, both the parties are ready for the same. In view thereof, as the Appeal is of the year 2007, it be added to the "Final Hearing Board" in the week commencing from 26th November 2018.
