Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the offer letter issued to the Petitioner was withdrawn on the ground that, if the reservation on the writ plot is lifted, the same would fetch more price. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner may approach the Managing Director and putforth its grievance. In the light of that the Petitioner may approach the Managing Director with their request.

The Managing Director shall consider the representation of the Petitioner and take decision upon it preferably within two months from the 1/2

With aforesaid directions, Petition is disposed of. No cost. 5.

In view of disposal of Petition, nothing survives for consideration in the Interim Application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
