This petition is filed for challenging order dated 17/01/2023 passed by Respondent No.2 in Appeal No.414/2022. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that Revision is already preferred against the said order before Respondent No.1, however the same is not decided. Hence the present petition is filed.

Learned Addl Government Pleader has tendered letter dated 29/3/2023, thereby intimating that the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner is scheduled to be listed for Jyoti Mane 1 of 2

14-wp 4216-2023.doc hearing on 10/04/2023. In view of scheduled date of hearing of the Revision it is stated on behalf of Petitioners that the Petitioners are not pressing prayer clause (a) of the Petition. Since the Revision is already scheduled for hearing, Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the Respondent No.1 to dispose of Revision Application as expeditiously as possible. We have not expressed any view on the merits of the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed of with above directions. GAURI GODSE, J.
