DATE : 13th JULY, 2022 P.C:- An application is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for adjournment on the ground that the arguing counsel is in personal difficulty today. Affidavit in reply, if any, shall be filed within two weeks from today with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter with a copy to be served upon the respondents' advocates simultaneously.

We have perused the averments made in paragraph (18) of the writ petition. Entire cause of action has arisen at Mumbai. The petition is however filed on the Appellate Side of this Court. Office is accordingly directed to transmit the papers and proceedings to the Original Side and renumber the petition. Leave to amend is granted to the petitioner to carry out consequential amendment. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The petitioner is also directed to convey a fresh number of the petition to the learned counsel for the respondents within two days from the date of re-numbering of the petition. Amendment also shall be carried out to the copies supplied to the respondents.
