1] Case of the Petitioner is that land comprised in Gat No.385/4 in village Handalwadi, Taluka Daund, District Pune was allotted to him vide order dated 15.05.2000 which was cancelled and this resulted in the threat of the Petitioner being dispossessed from the land and the same being allotted to a third party. 2] Petitioner sought review of the order cancelling the allotment of land by and under Review Petition No.51 of 2017, during pendency whereof Respondent No.2 made allotment of the land to a third party vide order dated 28.02.2019.

3] Prayer made in the Writ Petition is to direct the officer to decide Review Petition No.51 of 2017 and to stay the operation of the order dated 28.02.2019.

4] The Review Petition has since been dismissed. 5] The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous observing that against the dismissal of the Review Petition as also the original order review whereof was prayed for, the Petitioner would be entitled to remedy as per law.
