The applicant is seeking bail in connection with CR No. 368/18 registered with Wakad Police Station, Pune on 22nd April 2018 under Sections 376(1), 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC. 2.
The FIR is lodged by one Dipendra Jatav in respect of the offence of rape committed on one of his relatives. The statement of the victim is also recorded. She has stated in her statement that on 22nd April 2018 when she was alone in the house, the present applicant under some pretext entered the house and committed forcible sexual intercourse against her wish and thus, committed rape. In the evening she informed her relatives and therefore FIR was lodged.

The investigation was conducted. Medical examination was also conducted. Even at the time of medical examination, she had given similar Nikita Gadgil

Heard Mr. Zende, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Kaushik, lerned APP for the State.

The victim was merely 17 years and 4 months of age at the time of incident. She has given sufficient details of the incident. Her version is corroborated by her medical examination. The offence is serious. There is sufficient material against the applicant. Hence, no case for bail is made out. Hence, the application is rejected.
