Rule is made returnable forthwith. By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal. By this Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Learned District Judge, Solapur to hear and decide Misc. Application No.177/2012 and 178/2012, as early as possible.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the Writ Petition, we are satisfied that the Petitioner has made out a case for allowing the Writ Petition.

a.

The Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Learned District Judge-VI, Solapur to hear and decide pending Misc. Application No.177/2012 and 178/2012 as expeditiously as possible and within such time bound frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit." b.

The learned District Judge, Solapur is directed to decide Misc. Application No.177/2012 and 178/2012, as early as possible, after hearing all the aprties. c.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. d.

No order as to costs.
