The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed a proposal seeking approval to his appointment as Peon. The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Peon (page 24) is pending with Respondent No.2, the Respondent No.2 shall take a decision upon it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy.
