P. C. :- 1) Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the Petitioners tendered across the bar an Affidavit of Petitioner No.2 dated 08th May 2024, duly affirmed before the Assistant Registrar of this Court. It is stated that, the Petitioners have paid said amount of Rs.5,00,000/- each towards the two Medical Insurance Policies taken out in the name of two children. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

2) Learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 on instructions confirms the compliance of the Order dated 15th April, 2024. 3) In view thereof, directions issued vide Order dated 15th April 2024, are complied with.
