The applicants were directed to attend the police station on 18th & 19th April, 2022, by protecting them from arrest by order dated 11/04/2022.

The learned A.P.P. states that the applicants have adhered to the said condition and have rendered co-operation by attending the police station. He, however, states that though their custodial interrogation is not necessary, their M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 18 ABA-878-22.doc attendance on 21st and 22nd June, 2022 is necessary, since the investigation is in progress. He also makes a specifc statement that their custody is, however, not required to complete the investigation.

Accepting the said statement, order dated 11/04/2022 is made absolute.

The applicants shall report to the Investigating Offcer on 21st and 22nd June, 2022 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and, thereafter, as and when directed. 3.

The application stands disposed off.
