Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Vishwajit B. Ghodake, PI, Satara Taluka Police Station submitted that, investigating agency has applied Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code to the present crime. The investigation of present crime has now been transferred from Mr. Ravindra Teltumbde, API to Mr. Vishwajit B. Ghodake, PI. He on instructions submitted that, Mr. Vishwajit B. Ghodake, PI will conduct investigation of present crime scrupulously. The said statement is accepted. 2.

In view thereof, at this stage nothing further survives in the Petition.

Petition is accordingly partly allowed.
