This Application is moved for anticipatory bail under section 438 of Cr. P.C. The applicant-accused is apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 57 of 2017 registered with Mangalwedha Police Station for the offences punishable under sections 498A, 306 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant/accused is a wife of brother-in-law of deceased Najmin Mulani. She got married on 26th March, 2014. On 9th February, 2017 she committed suicide by pouring kerosene on herself and succumbed to burn injuries on 11th February, 2017. Her dying declaration was recorded wherein she has stated that the applicant/accused and her mother-in-law both used to taunt her and 1 / 2

The applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge on 29th March, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. She may file Bail Application before the learned Sessions Judge and the learned Sessions Judge may consider her Bail Application. 4.
