This application is filed seeking the following relief: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased pass order directing the Spl NDPS Court, Thane to expedite hearing of Bail application, Exh No 315 of the applicant, pending for disposal, in Spl NDPS Case No. 31 of 2015, within such a reasonable time, as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court;"

None appeared on behalf of the Applicant on 6 April 2021. Today, also there is no appearance on behalf of the Applicant. 3.

This Court by order dated 23 January 2020 in Bail Application No. 1632 of 2018 directed the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of nine months. It appears that the Applicant is thus not interested in prosecuting the present Application. Hence, the Criminal Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
