This is an application seeking permission to delete respondent no.6 in Civil Revision Application as also Civil Application No.102 of 2014 on the ground that respondent no.6 has already expired and his legal representatives are already on record.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Civil Revision Application as also Civil
