The Applicant had sought pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.39/2021 registered with Sahar Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 384, 386, 387 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 24/03/2021, this Court had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this Application, charge sheet has been filed and that the Applicant has been granted regular bail.
