The applicant is in prison since last about 23 days. He is a permanent resident of village Dindori in Nasik District. Hence, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.25,000/- in lieu of surety.

Substantive sentences imposed on the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the revision application.

Criminal application no.141 of 2015 stands disposed of in the above terms.
