P.C. :- Perused the order passed by the Tahsildar on 22 November 2017 issuing directions to the police authorities to enforce the order passed in respect of removal of impediment. 2.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that inspite of issuance of directions, the same has not been executed in terms of section 21 of the Mamlatdar Court's Act, 1906. It would be open for

12 WP 5456-18.doc the Petitioner to apply to the Mamlatdar in respect of failure of the concerned authorities to enforce the order and the Mamlatdar thereupon shall issue necessary directions for execution of the orders. The Respondents also are directed to cooperate in executing the order issued by Mamlatdar. If at all any grievance subsists, it would be open for the Petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law. In view of directions issued as above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
