Mr Mishra, learned counsel for the Respondent, agrees that on the amount being deposited the Respondent will not move in execution and that execution of the impugned decree may be stayed. The execution of the decree is stayed. If the deposit is not made within one week from today, execution may proceed. 3.

On deposit, the amount is to be invested in accordance with the usual practices of the office.
