This Civil Application is for bringing the legal heirs of Respondent No.1 on record, proposed to be Respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(i).

The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The Petitioner shall carry out the amendments in the cause title within a period of two weeks from today. Mr. Gole waives service for the newly added respondents. After the amendment is carried out, list this petition on final hearing board as per it's turn in the week commencing from 17th July, 2017.
