This application is preferred by mother of original Applicant Kumari Pooja Shravan Singh for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Respondent No.2 Insurance Company in the present proceeding in the office of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 Insurance Company makes a statement that they have no objection to allow Smt. Premsheela Singh Shravan Singh to withdraw the entire amount including interest if any towards full and final of their claim in M.A.C.P. No. 303 of 2008.

a) Applicant No.1 Smt. Premsheela Singh Shravan Singh is entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the Respondent No.2 Insurance Company along with interest, if any, without furnishing any security.

b) Office of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane is directed to issue A/c Payee cheque in the name of Smt. Premsheela Singh Shravan Singh.

c) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
