The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non prosecution of account of the conditional order dated 21-9-2015. Since the Petition has stood dismissed for non prosecution on account of non removal of office objections, it would be just and proper to show a final indulgence to the Applicant. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed, resultantly the above Writ Petition is restored to file. The Applicant is directed to remove the office objections within two weeks from date failing which the Petition would stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
