Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that Applicant Kumari Pooja Shravan Singh expired on 23.11.2010. She submits that her mother and next friend Smt. Premsheela Singh Shravan Singh does not want to proceed with this matter. Hence, the present Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of First Appeal.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, following order:

a) Applicant is permitted to withdraw First Sneha Chavan 1/2
