By this Application, the Applicant seeks modification/relaxation of the condition (c) imposed by this Court (Coram : A.S.Gadkari, J.) vide Order dated 07.09.2016 passed in B.A.No.1381 of 2016. The condition of which modification/relaxation is sought reads thus :- "(c) After his release from jail, the applicant shall attend Vakola Police Station, Mumbai once in a month i. e. on every first Monday of the said month between 11:00 to 2:00 p.m."

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has complied with the said condition of attendance imposed
APPP 273-17.doc by this Court vide Order dated 07.09.2016. He submits that the Applicant is working and that attendance on the 1st Monday of every month, is affecting his work.

Learned APP does not dispute the fact that the Applicant has reported as directed vide Order dated 07.09.2016. 4.
Accordingly, in the peculiar facts of this case, the Application is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 07.09.2016 directing the Applicant to report to the Vakola Police Station, Mumbai once in a month i. e. on every first Monday of the said month between 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. is relaxed/modified. The Applicant shall, now, attend the concerned police station once in three months i. e. on the first Sunday of the 1st month between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.. Rest of the conditions to remain as it is. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
