Heard Mr. Ghag, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Mahamuni, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole respondent Ishwarlal Ramdeo Singh since deceased. Respondent Ishwarlal Ramdeo Singh died on 5th January, 2016 leaving behind legal representatives named in the cause title of this application. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application and by consent of the parties, C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (i) and (ii) with no order as to costs. Liberty is reserved to the applicant to take out appropriate application for prayer clause (b) of the application.

Amendment in the main C.R.A shall be carried out within 14 days from today. After amendment is carried out, issue notice to respondents No.1(a) to 1(e), legal representatives of sole respondent, returnable on 4th July, 2018.
