The learned AGP has placed on record the order dated 23rd October 2015 passed by the State Government along with a letter dated 26th October 2015 addressed by the State Government to the learned Government Pleader. Letters are taken on record and marked "X-1" Collectively for identification.

The entitlement of the Petitioner is to the amount of Rs.3,62,980/-. Though more amount has been sanctioned, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will withdraw only the amount of Rs.3,62,980/-. We accept the said statement.

As far as the prayer for grant of interest is concerned, the same cannot be considered in this Contempt Petition. 4.

By recording the aforesaid statements, in view of the substantial compliance, no further steps are required to be taken in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. 5.

The amount of Rs.3,62,980/- shall be released to the Petitioner on production of an authenticated copy of this order before the learned Principal District Judge at Ahmednagar. (V.L. ACHLIYA, J) ( A.S. OKA, J )
