Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the interim relief granted, which was operating during the pendency of revision before the Additional Commissioner, be continued for a period of two weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the interim order operating during the pendency of the Revision
