This is an application for early hearing on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the original claimant is advised by Doctors to undergo a surgery for which the expenditure is estimated to be Rs.5lacs. 2.

In view of this, the matter can be heard expeditiously. Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed. List the appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 29th October, 2015.
