The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent will make an application for obtaining Caste Certificate in the name of the minor child. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions states that the respondent is possessing his own Caste Certificate. She states that for making an application for grant of Caste Certificate, he needs latest bonafide certificate of the minor son and ration card showing the name of the minor son or Aadhar Card of the minor son. The learned counsel for the applicant states that necessary documents will be submitted by the applicant to the respondent.

Hence, we dispose of the application by passing the following order:

cam145 (I) Prayer clause (a) of this application does not survive with the passage of time;

(II) We accept the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties on instructions which have been recorded in paragraph 1 above; (III) As soon as the necessary documents are furnished by the applicant, the respondent shall make an application for grant of Caste Certificate of the minor son. The application shall be made within a period of 15 days from the date on which the documents are received by the respondent;

(IV) The respondent shall keep the applicant informed about the progress of the application for Caste Certificate;

(V) As soon as the Caste Certificate is received by the respondent, he shall immediately hand over the same to the applicant;

(VI) Though the application is disposed of with the above directions, for reporting compliance the application shall be listed on 17th October 2016.
