This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal against conviction. The applicant herein is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354 read with 109 and 366-A of Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(3) punishable under Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 by the District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan. The delay is of 33 days.
