This application is filed by the Applicants praying therein to allow them to travel to Australia during the period 15.02.2022 and 12.02.2023. The appeal filed by the State against order of acquittal of the appellants is pending for consideration before this Court.

It appears that, this Court from time to time allowed the applications filed by the applicants permitting them to travel to abroad. 3.

Since the applicants have been acquitted and the appeal against acquittal is pending and there is no adverse report from the concerned police station, and since the applicants propose to travel for one year, there is no Ethape This order is corrected pursuant to speaking to the minutes order dated 04.05.2022.

We accordingly allow this application and permit the applicants to travel to Australia upto 12.02.2023 on a condition that the applicants shall give their itinerary showing their contact details in Australia and their contact numbers to the concerned police station before their departure to Australia. The applicants shall also inform the concerned authority after they return back to India.

In addition to above, the applicants shall execute a P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties, who are their relatives in the like amount before the Trial Court.
