After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri V B Rajure seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to adopt appropriate remedy for the election, if the occasion so arises. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to state that if any proceeding is filed challenging the election, the same would be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
