The learned AGP states that now final decision has been taken by the State Government on the basis of the Notification dated 29th May 2014 by which the State Government has decided to include 34 villages within the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation in a phase wise manner. Hence, nothing survives in this Petition and the same is disposed.
