After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, as the Court is inclined to expedite the hearing of the Appeal, being M. C. A. No. 186 of 2016.

Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the hearing of the Appeal i. e. M. C. A. No. 186 of 2016 which is pending before the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-1, Pune is expedited. The learned Judge to decide the said Appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
